Tony Mandarich….

Strong, powerful, one of the NFL’s potentially greatest O Linemen….

I played D Line. There was nothing like it I can compare it to.

I followed you for a couple of years from College to the NFL. We were all pulling for you… Thought you would be the next Bob Brown, Hall of Fame, Oakland Raider.

But… remember, it’s not the outcome that counts, but the heart that was willing to do the best it could.

We learn to put ourselves to the side and think of others. This takes humility and humbleness. We become better humans as a result. We become great in other ways.

No one can ever take away the good things we have done, and only one person can take away the bad things we have done…. Who’s that?

Jesus Christ, The only one that had the guts to die for us. He’d a made a great quarterback.

When you look for God bro, look no further. Jesus has got it all taken care of. He can take you where He wants you to go. It’s where you want to be.

God bless you. May this book bless you and give you the opportunity to save some kids from the trouble you have experienced and may the world learn the true greatness of Tony Mandarich.

Very good book i am a big fan of michigan state, and always heard from my dad about the beast that is Tony Mandarich so i had to buy it.. alot of good information that can help college football players now like myself to make the right decisions

Hey Tony,

Just stumbled across you site, I remember when you were first drafted by the packers, wow, I didn’t know you were doing IM, how cool is that!…. been doing it myself for about five years now, and love it.

Look forward to reading your book. Sounds like you’ve become a great inspiration to alot of people. Thank the Lord for helping you turn your life around. I know if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be typing this right now.

Tony I was a little kid when you got drafted, to this day I still remember your draft day. I followed your whole career, and was so happy when you came back to football in the Colts era. Tony, I never spoke with you before I bumped into you on Facebook late last year, so I never encountered the “arrogant” Tony Mandarich…but I can say that they guy Ive chatted with is clearly humble, admirable, and someone who shows great character. And…someone that is knowledgeable about SEO, site construction, and related fields, from what I’ve seen on your various sites. I look forward to potential oppotunities to collaborate or work together, and wish you all the best. The candor in these interviews is remarkable for someone who has the name recognition that you do. People love a good comeback story, and you are clearly someone who has redeemed himself for any past mistakes. I wonder how many of those who were so quick to judge you would have made different choices when weighing an opportunity at NFL stardom and the corresponding paychecks, especially at such a young age…and how many would have owned up to those mistakes publicly, apologized sincerely as you did, and rededicated themselves to creating something positive with their lives. You’ve done well, Tony, and I’m very glad to see it.

i remember that s.i. article, reading how his workout consisted of drinking a huge ‘tea’ but never any drugs… i remember actually trying the same thing. i had rooted so badly for this guy and when he fell apart i was so disappointed. doesnt matter what others think, be true to yourself and if you can sleep at night, thats all that counts.
